For over 50 years, our journey has been shaped by a deep mastery of coffee. Today, as a third-generation roasting company, we combine heritage with precision to unlock the true potential of Ecuadorian beans—grown at high altitudes where slow maturation creates exceptional complexity and balance.

What makes us different is where it all comes together. Our coffee is roasted at origin, in Ecuador, allowing us to preserve freshness, capture the full character of the beans, and maintain complete control over quality—before it ever leaves the country.

While Ecuador remains largely unknown in the global coffee scene, we have spent decades building one of the country’s most respected coffee companies—focused on consistency, quality, and innovation. From carefully selected highland coffees to roasting at origin and final distribution from our base in Roswell, Georgia, every detail is designed to deliver a cup that is both distinctive and reliable.

Led by Juan Sebastián, alongside Danilo and Silvia, we built on decades of expertise to create a company focused on what matters most: precision roasting, consistency, and full control over quality.
We are not farmers—we are coffee specialists. A third-generation roasting company dedicated to unlocking the full potential of Ecuadorian coffee.

Every batch is roasted at origin in Ecuador, where proximity to the source allows us to preserve freshness, maintain strict quality standards, and capture the true character of each bean.
From sourcing to roasting, we oversee the entire process to ensure a product that is both distinctive and reliable.
